Nearly every, man, woman, and child today is constipated! Yes, constipated whether they know it or not. Your bowels may move regularly every day, but they should move after each meal! Consider the Latin root of the word constipate which is: 'constipare' which means to press together. This means that one's feces are packed together. The proper amount of moisture must be mixed with digested food to form 'light, airy feces that float on the toilet bowl water.
1. Admit you have an elimination problem; this is the first step toward maintaining a healthy colon!
2. Believe that a clean, healthy colon can change your life!
3. Ask your doctor or health care provider if a 1, 2, 3, or day fast might be beneficial for you.
4. Check medical records, ask relatives, friends & family members if they have ever had digestive or bowel problems. Gathering family history on colon and digestive issues is very important, especially on this less talked about health problem.
5. Pinpoint all and any colon elimination problems; discuss with your doctor or health care provider.
6. Be ready to change your lifestyle and eating habits. You cannot expect different results by doing the same things over and over!
7. Ask your doctor, healthcare provider, friends and family members how you can change your previous bad habits & replace them with new ones.
8. List items you will need to perform a proper colon cleanse and fast; many books are available on the subject. Psyllium husks are a must for your fast!
9. Complete a 1, 2, 3 or 7 day fast! Have another friend do one with you for support & encouragement.
10. Continue to change your eating habits & do not eat any heavy meats or dairy products for at least 2 weeks after your fast and cleansing.
11. After your cleanse, have your doctor take your blood tests with your new habits in mind & see if they haven't improved by 40 to 60 %!
12. Pass this information on to everyone you know! You have my permission to reprint, reproduce, and forward to your friends and relatives.

Been using the Dr Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse for 3 years now (about 3 x per year) and I am SO happy I discovered it on the internet. I had never been regular even as a child, but these pills work magic for me. I'm guaranteed results the next morning. No cramps or other problems, just good results. In the past 3 days I have lost 6 pounds of waste. My appetite is down and I feel great. I'm taking 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. There is no stomach cramping, although my stomach has made a couple of growling noises at me..giving me a warning that it is time to go to the bathroom..but other than that..no real problemsLooking forward to more waste (weight) loss...hip-hip-hooray!!! I definitely recommend them for women looking for a great cleanse to do!
